It’s so funny how people are with our teams. Have a bad game we stink; don’t trade for a bat; they will never win; play a bench player; they have no clue in what thier doing.
Well the Philadelphia Phillies did all those things and today, August 12, 2025, those same people are saying this is the most complete Phillies team in years. We are World Series bound! Topper is making all the right calls.
Look I have no issues with opinions, but keep them real people. You can’t say all those negative things that bothered you as little as a week ago, now be no issues with you.
Opinions can change yes, but not for the sake of trying to always be right. This Phillies team IS coming together. They have beat some very good teams in this latest run, and the schedule ahead looks favorable. Remember in baseball it’s not the best team that always wins, it’s the hot team. Phillies just need to try to win series after series and maintain a level of high output. We all know how the bats have failed us in the postseason the past several years. That’s why it’s critical the the bottom of the order is turning it around. If they can keep that going, something special might be happening in a few months.
